Your Purpose:
Maintaining the health of the existing management tools in place: Spectrum, eHealth, Netflow and Riverbed platforms;
Managing changes in the environment to be adequately represented in the relevant tool sets;
Checking the integrity of the data being collected by the management tools;
Focusing attention on any items raised through the management tools that have SLA impact and ensuring that items are addressed though liaison with the technical resources on the ITO;
Ensuring that information is available and usable for the daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting requirements;
Reviewing the data to identify patterns or issues that could enhance the service offering to the ITO client;
Assisting with capacity planning;
Developing automated reporting models.
