Requirements
The candidate should have proven administrative, managerial and organisational skills.
He/she should have excellent knowledge of the CAPS curriculum, assessment and intervention programs for enrichment as well as for struggling learners.
He/she will be required to do various WCED prescribed requirements the annual SIP (School Improvement Plan). Good interpersonal and conflict management skills. Computer literacy is essential, excellent command of the written and spoken English and Afrikaans languages. He/ she must have leadership skills and be prepared to work after hours, and lead fundraising projects.
