BOOKKEEPER/ SALES COORDINATOR | PAARDEN
EILAND , CAPE TOWN|SALARY R13 000 PER MONTH
START JAN 2015 –ALTERNATE OFFICE HOURS:
Mon – Fri 7am-16pm and 8am-5pm
And every second Saturday
Our client is a supplier and installer of fireplaces and
gas appliances. The position is based in a showroom
environment assisting walk in clients as well as
managing the bookkeeping role. We are looking for a
strong, all-rounder. You should be energetic, able to
work under high pressure and an excellent multi
tasker!
Job Requirements:
Matric
A finance qualification (beneficial)
Pastel proficient (beneficial but not essential)
Interpersonal Skills
Strong dependable personality
Friendly and good ability to handle customers
4-5 years bookkeeping experience
Ability to handle a sale and assisting walk in clients
Energetic and ability to manage a high pressure
environment
Duties include:
Bookkeeping to trial balance
Wages and vat experience
Client Sales
