Qatar.Overseas 3 year contract packages available

3 Year contract (Renewable) offered for overseas
candidates.
Generous Tax free salary. Grade 114 +/- QAR 15
000 - 27 875 per month.

furnished Family housing provided OR Housing
Allowances according to grade level. Grade 108 -
110: 5 000 QAR. Grade 111 - 114: 6 500 QAR.
Grade 115 - above: 8 000 QAR.

From Grade 112 and above Educational support for
up to 3 children (ages 5-18).
Relocation support and country orientation for

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Masters Degree of Architecture.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years management level
experience. Architectural project management
experience in a healthcare setting essential.
LICENSURE: Professional registration preferred.
AGE: As per hospital policy only candidates up to
the age of 49 will be considered.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: English essential. Arabic
preferred.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Expert level skills in MS Office,
and MS Project, Intermediate AUTOCAD.

JOB DETAILS:
JOB SUMMARY:
Plan, executes, and finalize facilities projects
according to deadlines and within budget agreed
with Director and Executive Director. This includes
planning required resources and coordinating the
efforts of team members and consultants in order
to deliver projects according to plan. The concerned
will also define the project’s objectives and oversee
quality control throughout its life cycle.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Under direction,
support new program and service development
initiatives in cooperation with manager sand direct
care staff. Take responsibility for managing
consultative processes and developing work plans to
progress projects.Direct and manage project
development from beginning to end. Define project
scope, goals and deliverables that support business
goals in collaboration with senior management and
stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and
associated communications documents. Effectively
communicate project expectations to team members
and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing
basis. Estimate the resources and participants
needed to achieve project goals. Estimate the

department managers for the acquisition of
required personnel from within the HMC. Identify
and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
using appropriate tools. Track project milestones
and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress
reports, proposals, requirements documentation,
and presentations. Determine the frequency and
content of status reports from the project team,
analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project
team members and stakeholders, and influence
them to take positive action and accountability for
their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any
business relationships vital to the success of the
project. Develop best practices and tools for
project execution and management.
