Job Purpose:
To be responsible for managing and delivering the
full SDLC process for all projects and enhancements
initiatives within the business that has a technology
implementation dependency. Ensure that IT risk and governance practices are adhered to at all times. Keep abreast of the latest technological/digital trends and legislation changes impacting the
industry. Analyse business in order to improve efficiencies from a technological point of view.
Key Performance Areas:
Project To provide the business analysis functions to
various projects within the business:
Gather, analyse and document Business Requirements
Specifications
Communicate with vendor regarding solutions
Provide cost benefit analysis for business approval
Facilitate implementation of the requirements
Managing the change management process:
To provide the change management platform for the implementation of various initiatives and enhancements changes
Document all change requirements in a centralised
repository
Formulate business case for change requirements
(CBA/Risk/Impact)
Seek approval for motivated changes
Review, revise and sign-off technical spending Develop an implementation plan
Monitor and manage the enhancements and change
requests with the vendor
Sign-off change implementation with the business
Post change review (QA, close out etc)
Communicate status of changes to all stakeholders on
a weekly basis in the form of a status report.
IT Governance Document:
Information systems processes using ARIS.
Create and manage Microsoft SharePoint instance to fully accommodate the Information Systems
governance framework. Adherence to the SDLC and
standards throughout the analysis process, including
the central storage on SharePoint of all analysis
documentation maintaining version control though out.
Reporting:
Produce monthly MIS reporting
Relationship Management:
Alignment to the Nedbank Values as well as the core competencies required to successfully complete their deliverables
Proposal submission:
Analyse business issues and provide proposals regarding increasing efficiency and effectiveness of requirement

Essential Qualifications:
Matric and Degree or Diploma in BA
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Analysis
Certifications:
Job Related Experience:
Minimum 3 years Unit Trusts experience
MS Excel Proficiency, MS Word Proficiency, Numerical and Analytical Aptitude, Basic understudy of CIS and/or Financial Services
