3 Year contract (Renewable) offered for overseas

Generous Tax free salary. Grade 111 salary level -
From 10 300 - 18 875 QAR

furnished Family housing provided OR Housing
Allowances according to grade level. Grade 111 -
114: 6 500 QAR.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business, health,
information technology / health informatics, data
management or the equivalent. Preferred: Master
degree in Business, Health, Information
Management / Informatics or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Post graduate experience of 3-5
years in data management / quality or equivalent.
Preferred: 7-8 years in information technology,
health informatics, data management, projects,
quality management.
CERTIFICATION: Project Management Certification
preferred.
AGE: As per hospital policy only candidates up to
the age of 49 will be considered.
COMPUTER SKILLS: MS office, Ms Outlook,
database management skills and project
management skills.LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent in
English - Oral and Written.
JOB DETAILS:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Management Data Analyst is
responsible for providing direct support to the
Director and department in the performance of a
wide variety of data analysis and regulatory
program projects. The Data Analyst responsibilities
extend to providing analytical and systems support
to clinical and performance improvement within the
Department.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performs complex data analysis in support of ad-
hoc, standard, and project related
requests.Develops programs, methodologies, and
files for analyzing and presenting data.Uses and
support database applications and analytical tools
to: evaluate data quality, applications, and
functions, produce output, maintain
operation.Researches new data sources, data
analysis contribution to projects and provide input
on improvements in data quality process &
procedures. Supports and enhance processes around
using data profiling, data quality, data mapping,
and metadata tools to validate and uncover root
cause data issues, maintain data dictionary,
mapping rules and data lineage.
Provides a repeatable set of processes for
determining, investigating and resolving data
quality issues and that establishes an on-going
process for data quality maintenance.
Demonstrates knowledge of the interdependencies
between system functionality and associated
business processes in order to enhance data quality
and metadata management processes.Ensures
Quality standards & measurements are followed
for according to HMC and JCI. Perform other
duties as required.
