A well-established company based in Pinelands is
seeking an experienced and qualified IT Technician
to join their dynamic team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for
providing technical assistance to all the company
employees, including installations of hardware and
software.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 certificate
IT qualification
Strong Windows 2003 and 2008 knowledge
Active Directory
LAN/WAN
TCP/IP
Key responsibilites include, but are not limited to:
Provide front line user support and system
administration
Set up equipment for employees, and
performing or ensuring proper installation of
all hardware and software
Develop procedures and train users in the
proper use of hardware and software
Inspection of all equipment on a regular basis
See to all queries from the users
The successful applicant must possess strong
troubleshooting skills and knowledge, be a logical
thinker and use own initiative in assisting users.
